“It’s a simple solution. You change one thing, and suddenly you’ve changed everything.” – Rebecca Onie

When you sit back and look at your work life, what do you want to change? There is likely an endless list. More time to study, see a higher volume of patients, stop making little mistakes, approach colleagues that cause dilemmas, get out of work on time, work on note efficiency, and on and on and on.

When you sit back and look at your home life, what do you want to change? There is likely an endless list. More time with family, more time to go out with friends, mediate, workout, call mom, keep in touch with old friends, eat healthier, get back to my hobbies, binge watch a netflix show.

When looking at all you want to do, it can be overwhelming, but the solution is simple. Change one thing. Commit to getting out of one shift this week on time. Workout for 20 minutes one day. Call your mom.

WEEKLY WELLNESS TIP: This week, change one thing. Don’t become overwhelmed by all you want to do and change. Change one thing. And feel proud that you did it.
