Why do you exercise?
Most people exercise to lose weight, get flat abs, look good for others, or fit into their old clothes.
Most people also pressure themselves to workout and burn calories, getting down on themselves if they don’t make it to the gym.
What if we stopped exercising to lose weight? What if we stopped beating ourselves up for not staying on the treadmill longer, or doing enough reps? What if, instead, we exercised just to feel better. To be healthy?
